Vendor Main Properties

Use this screen to set up and maintain a list of vendor locations, including specific details such as a location phone number and any special remarks. This is especially useful for vendors who maintain more than one address (separate billing and physical addresses, multiple locations, etc.).

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
