Adding a Document Tracking Item Code
You can add a document tracking item code from the Accounts Payable Maintenance area.
- On the Site Map, click Accounts Payable > Maintenance > Document Tracking Items.
- On the Document Tracking Item Maintenance screen, click the New button.
- At the Tracking item code field, enter the new tracking item code you are adding. For example, you might type LR if you are adding a Lien Release code.
- In the Properties section, enter the Description, and Message text that apply to the new document tracking code.
- In the Trigger basis and Actions sections, select the options that correspond to the action you want to apply to the code. For example, if you are adding a lien release code to the software, you would select the checkbox that reads Print lien release during check printing option.Note: Actions button to display the Document Tracking Actions window, which summarizes the actions that can be applied to the new code.
