The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>. When you initially log on to Spectrum, the Site Map screen will display. This is the "main screen" in Spectrum. Along the left side of the screen, the module menu displays. The modules that your company has installed and that you have security access to display on the menu. After selecting a module, the processing menu will be enabled. Processing menu items include the following options:

Spectrum menus

The Accounts Receivable module automates all of the tasks
      associated with preparation of bills and collection of cash. AIA forms, equivalent billing,
      and the subcontractor application for payment are supported as well as miscellaneous invoices.
