The Worker's Comp Rate Per Hour Report prints (alphabetically by employee) information required for the Washington State Labor & Industries tax report, and for other states with Worker's Compensation computed based on hours worked. It includes hours worked by employee within a job classification, the employee withholding amount, if any, and the employer's liability. This report can be printed in detail (showing each pay period) or in summary form (one line per employee). This report includes employees from all companies identified in CP Company Maintenance.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
