Set Different Labor and Equipment Billing Rates for a Job
Complete the following steps to set new labor and equipment billing rates for a selected job.
Note: As soon as billing rate changes are made, the changes are in effect.
- On the Site Map screen, click Time + Material > Maintenance > T+M Job Labor Billing Rates.
- Click the New button.
- In the Job codefield, select from a list of available jobs. Once the Job field is populated, the applicable customer information defaults in the Customer, which defaults from the Job Cost > Jobs screen.
- In the Billing code field, enter the applicable labor billing code or use the drop-down menu to select from a list of available codes.
- In the Level fields, enter the new labor billing rates in the Regular, Overtime, Double time, and Markup fields as needed.
- Once all rates have been entered, click OK until you return to the Site Map screen.
- On the Site Map screen, click Time + Material > Maintenance > Job Equipment Bill Rates.
- In the Job codefield enter the applicable job number or use the drop-down menu to select from a list of available jobs. Once the Job codefield is populated, the applicable customer information defaults in the Customer, which defaults from the Job Cost > Jobs screen.
- In the Billing code field, enter the applicable equipment billing code or use the drop-down menu to select from a list of available codes. Once the Billing code field has been populated, the billing code's description defaults in the Description field.

In the Level fields, enter the new equipment billing rates in the Regular, Overtime, Double time, and Markup fields as needed.
Note: If you have similar jobs with similar rates, you can click the Copy button on the T+M Job Labor Billing Rates screen and T+M Job Equipment Billing Rates screen to copy the applicable billing rates from job to job.
