The current estimated hours display from Job Phases.

Hours JTD

The actual job-to-date labor hours through the year and period display.

Hours Variance

The hours variance is calculated as the difference between the two preceding columns; that is, job-to-date hours less estimated hours.

Labor Estimate

The current estimated labor costs display from Job Phases.

Labor Job-to-Date

The actual job-to-date labor costs through the year and period display.

Cost Variance

Cost variance of labor is calculated as the difference between the two preceding columns; that is, actual labor to-date less the estimated labor cost.

Est $/HR

Estimated dollars per hour are calculated as the quotient of the first and fourth columns; that is, the labor estimated cost divided by the hours estimate.

JTD $/HR

Job-to-date rate per hour is calculated as the quotient of the second and fifth columns; that is, the actual labor cost divided by the actual hours.

$/HR Variance

Dollars per hour variance is calculated as the difference of the two preceding columns; that is, the job-to-date cost per hour less the estimated cost per hour.
