      <p class="p">After the change request number has been recorded, this screen will
         assure that another operator is not already editing the particular contract before it will
         allow you to proceed. An error message will appear if the change request file is locked and
         the update screen will close.</p>

As more applications are released across the <span class="keyword">Trimble</span> platform, they will also use <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span> SSO for user authentication.</p>

                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

                                          One</span> (team.viewpoint.com) will be imported as IT Admins in <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com). This is a one-time import.</p><div class="p"><div class="note important note_important" id="concept-cxdtc0oh--en__note_njy_s2z_1fc"><span class="note__title">Important:</span> The process of importing your enterprise admins and migrating them to the IT Admin role could take several hours to complete. On the Site Map screen, click Project Setup. The Project Setup menu appears.

Project Setup Screens

The Project Setup module is used to import the information from a third party estimating system into the Spectrum Project Setup file where the information can then be changed and phase coded before it is transferred to Job Cost. This is a good management tool for budgeting the job before setting it up in the Job Cost module, as it allows you to revise the original bid and transfer it again if phases need to be changed. Once the budget is defined correctly, Spectrum can automatically set up the job and contract using the Update Project Setup function.
