Service Contract Form

Print service contracts from the Service Contracts Reports Service Contract Form menu or directly from the Service Contracts screen (click Form at the top of the Service Contract Main Properties tab).

The Equipment List section of the report provides details from the Work Order site equipment table. The contract may then be submitted to the customer.

If you select the Include contract start and end dates checkbox, the start and end date appear on the Contract line of the report even if the dates are blank in the contract. This allows the salesperson to fill in this information when the service contract is signed.

Use the fields to create the report that will be most useful to you. After specifying your report criteria, if you wish to save your entries, click the Save Current button in the Sidebar.
