Loading data from other sources into Spectrum using Info-Link is not covered under the Software Maintenance arrangement Trimble Viewpoint provides.

Any damage caused to your Spectrum records is strictly excluded from the Maintenance Agreement. This means Trimble Viewpoint is not responsible for adverse results users may incur. If needed, the Support Desk would be available on a Time + Materials basis to assist in data recovery or information correction activity.

It is very important to prepare a complete system backup immediately prior to any Info-Link transfer to Spectrum, and to carefully check the results of the activity at once to confirm successful outcome.
