After your administrator adds you to the system, you will receive an email inviting you to create a Trimble ID. You will use your Trimble ID to log in to Traqspera.

1. In the first paragraph of your new user invitation, select the link to create a Trimble ID.

   

   The Trimble Sign In page opens.

2. In the Username field, enter the email address where your new user invitation was sent.

   This is the email address that will be associated with your Trimble ID.

   

3. Select Next.

   You should see a message saying that your username does not exist. If so, continue with the steps below.

   If your username already exists, you will see a password sign-in page. In this case, do not create another Trimble ID. Instead, refer to Accept an Invitation to Sign In With Trimble ID.

4. On the Trimble Sign In page, select Create a Trimble ID.

   

5. Following the prompts, select your region, and then select Next.

   

6. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
7. Read and agree to the terms of use.

   

8. The system sends a verification code to your email address. Locate that code in your email inbox, and enter it in the Verification Code field.
9. Select Submit.

   This opens the password setup page.

10. Create a password that meets the requirements shown on the screen.
11. Select Submit.

    The Account Preferences screen opens.

12. Review the Country, Time Zone and Language selections for your account.
13. Select Next.
14. Optionally, you can set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account, or you can choose to do this later. If you choose to set up MFA, we recommend setting it up on a mobile device using a Passkey.
15. After you are finished opting out of or setting up MFA, the system creates your Trimble ID.
