Rate Levels
Rate levels in Traqspera map to employee pay levels (1-9) in Spectrum. They are commonly used for shift differentials, travel time, or other scenarios where an employee's pay can change per day or per job.
Overview
In Spectrum, pay levels are assigned on the employee profile (). Typically, only pay levels 1-4 are used. However, companies with certified jobs might use all nine rate levels.
In Traqspera, you can use the Rate Level page (available from the side panel on the Settings page) to configure rate levels for union codes or for wage codes within a union code. You can also determine whether to make all rate levels available on timesheets, or only specific ones.
