What's New in Traqspera 2024 R11

The 2024 R11 release of Traqspera includes a new checkbox for showing or hiding union codes on timesheets. This release is available as of November 14, 2024.

New Features

Employee Management

New checkbox in the Union Code window allows you to choose whether to show or hide a specific Union Code on timesheets.

  • To show a union code, select the Visible checkbox for that code. To hide a union code, leave the Visible checkbox blank.
  • When you are finished, select Save in the Actions column for that code.
Tip: To access the Union Code window, select the +Add Union Code link on the Create / Edit Employee page.

Improvements

General

Union codes, wage codes, and rate levels are now listed in alphanumeric order in all areas of the system.

Daily Reports, LEM Reports, and Safety Forms

Equipment timesheet entries are now listed in the Labor section of daily reports, LEM reports, and safety forms if you have enabled the setting Use Equipment Operator Entries. For LEM reports, you must also select No Grouping under Group Labor Hours to see equipment entries on the report.

Note: To add equipment entries to a timesheet, users must have the permission Can Use Equipment Operator Entries.

Timesheet Summary

  • The Billing Type is now listed for equipment entries. Users with permission to Edit Equipment Entries On Summary can change the billing type as needed.

  • Users can now edit the State field if it is included on timesheets.

    Note: To show the State field on timesheets, enable the Use Region setting.

  • The Pay Rate drop-down field now lists the relevant options.

Issues Fixed

Web

  • Overtime rule tooltips were not showing on timesheets or the Timesheet Summary.

  • When using clock-in / clock-out, employee hours were calculated incorrectly in certain cases when the Timesheet Clocking Rounding setting was set to the Nearest 15 Minutes.

  • Users could not export timesheet reports to a .CSV file without having configured the data exchange with Spectrum or if enhanced authentication had been configured incorrectly.

  • When setting up systems using the self-serve configuration guides, multiple user permissions were removed when navigating past the customize roles section of the Permission and Role Setup guide.

Mobile

  • Users could not create or edit jobs when using the mobile application on an iOS device.
