Transfer Account Ownership

The Admin Console provides the ability to to transfer transfer ownership of an account if you ever need to do so.

Follow these steps to transfer the ownership of your account:
  1. In Admin Console, navigate to Account > Account Settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Administrators card and select Transfer account.
  3. In the Email field, enter the email address of the intended new owner and select Send transfer request.
  4. Select Done in the Transfer Request Sent dialog.
Note: The user who you transferred account ownership to will receive and email from noreply@accounts.trimble.com with a subject line including "has invited you to administer."
The email recipient must accept the request by selecting Sign In in the email.
