Project Server Locations

The Project Location setting is important as we have our servers in four different regions to increase performance for customers located all over the world.

Projects that you have created or been invited to, will be separated by these regions.
Note: You must create projects in the Trimble Connect for Windows or Trimble Connect for Browser applications. If you have not created any projects or been invited to any projects yet, you cannot use the mobile application.
When you first install the app you will be asked which region you wish to load. Please choose the region that your projects have been created in.
The servers are located in the following locations:
  • North America
  • Europe
  • Asia Pacific
  • Australia

To change the project server:

  1. Open Trimble Connect for Mobile.
  2. Select region selection.
  3. A dialog displays.
  4. Choose the desired region.
Projects from the chosen region load.
