Install Trimble Connect Sync

Downloading the Trimble Connect Sync software is the first step to installation.

Download the latest version of Trimble Connect Sync from the Trimble Connect App Store.

Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements before installing.
  1. Locate and double-click on the Installer file (probably in your Downloads folder).
    This will open the Install Wizard.
  2. Accept the Terms of Service Software Agreement.
  3. Select the destination folder.
    The default installation location for Trimble Connect Sync will be: C:\Program Files\Trimble\Trimble Connect Sync.
  4. Select Next to start the installation.
After the installation is complete, Trimble Connect Sync will be ready to use.

The steps to install Trimble Connect Sync on MacOS.

Ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements before installing.
  1. Download Trimble Connect Sync for Mac from the Trimble Connect App Store.
  2. Locate and double-click on the Installer file (DMG file, probably in your Downloads folder).
    This will mount the installer drive and open the Install Wizard.
  3. Run the package to check for compatibility.
  4. Accept the Terms of Service Software Agreement.
  5. Select the destination folder (the default location is the Macintosh HD).
  6. Accept the standard installation.
  7. Allow access to System Events.
  8. Select Close to complete the installation.
After the installation is complete, Trimble Connect Sync will be ready to use.
