Spectrum: Equipment

Find definitions of the fields and measures included in the Spectrum: Equipment dataset organized by folder.

The Spectrum: Equipment dataset provides a source of equipment cost (direct equipment cost and budgeted cost) and equipment financial (both cost and revenue on heavy equipment) information. It contains meter readings at a point in time as well as the net incremental change by period. You can use it to compare standby and usage hours against the asset's normal usage. It also includes meter readings at a point in time as well as the net incremental change by period. In addition, it includes both the original and current estimated value, standard job, and rental rates.

This dataset is intended for the Equipment Manager and Operations staff.

Note the following for certain fields in the dataset:
  • Date Format: Fiscal Calendar

  • Cost Centers: Equipment + Cost Category level
