Password Policy

Trimble Pay's password policy enhances your security and aligns with industry best practices for platform security.

Password Requirements

If your current password doesn't meet these requirements, you'll be prompted to set a new one on your next login attempt. For instructions, see Reset Your Password.

  • Length between 8 and 64 characters
  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character such as !, $, ^, *, or +

Password Change Requirements

  • Passwords expire after one year.
  • Changing your passwords resets the expiration date.
  • If your password expires, the application will prompt you to set a new one on your next login attempt.

Password Change Reminders

You will receive up to two emails in advance of your password's expiration:
  • Seven days prior to the expiration date
  • On the day of expiration
