Reset Your Password

Whether forgotten or expired, you can reset your password.

  • If you are able to log in and want to change your existing password, see Change Your Password.
  • If you're responding to an email prompting you to change your password, skip to step 4.
To request an email link to reset your password:
  1. At the login screen, select Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select Reset password.
    An email notification is sent to your email with Subject line TRIMBLE PAY SECURITY ALERT: Reset Password Request.
  4. Open the email and select Reset password.
  5. Choose a new password.
    Note: To see the list of password requirements, place your cursor in the New password field.
  6. Confirm the new password and select Reset password.
  7. If you want to log in now, enter your email address and new password.
    Note: You may need to bypass or override any saved password features until the new password is saved.
