Notary
The general contractor designates which documents require notarization. Trimble Pay then enforces and helps subcontractors prepare for and execute an efficient notarization process.
Benefits to Subcontractor Organizations
- In-house Notary(ies) can e-notarize using their Trimble Pay email, PIN, and password.
- Admins can see which of their users are set up to be notaries, and their respective notary information.
- During the document generation portion of the submission work flow, Trimble Pay prompts the submitter for the Notary's e-signature.
- Trimble Pay accommodates documents which have been notarized outside the application.
