What's New in Trimble Pay 5.4 - March 2026

What's New lists the enhancements and changes available in the Trimble Pay 5.4 release. This release is available in March 2026.

Name Updates Through Trimble ID

You can now update your name directly through your Trimble ID profile. Once you have updated your name in Trimble ID, use one of the following three methods to sync the changes to Trimble Pay:
  • Manual Refresh: In Account settings, select the Refresh data in Trimble Pay button located under the profile link.

  • Automatic Refresh: Wait for your current session to refresh automatically, which typically takes one hour.

  • Re-authentication: Sign out and sign in again to see the changes immediately.

Invoice Report Improvements

The Invoice report now includes historical records for approvers. The Approved by column displays the names of users who authorized invoices, even if they are no longer active in the system.

Payment Cancellation Improvements

When you cancel an ACH payment, the information modal now provides more details on the impacts of this action.

Resolved Issues

  • Automatic Reminder Rules: Fixed issue where new reminders were not persisting.

  • Permissions: Contract deletes and compliance updates now respect the project-level curator and admin roles.

  • Spectrum Contract Deletes: Corrected an issue preventing Spectrum contract deletes from updating in Trimble Pay.
