How the integration with Spectrum works:
- Initial Job Import: Perform a one-time import of selected jobs from Spectrum into Trimble Pay, establishing a connection for ongoing integration.
- Automated Sync: A 30-minute sync schedule ensures that updates in Spectrum automatically flow into Trimble Pay.
- AP Subcontract Integration: New AP subcontracts created in Spectrum are seamlessly imported into Trimble Pay, including vendor details and phase information for accurate tracking.
- Schedule of Values (SOV) Management: Break down the SOV and phase details collaboratively within Trimble Pay, keeping everything aligned with Spectrum data.
- Change Order Updates: When AP subcontract change orders are processed in Spectrum, Trimble Pay updates contract amounts and adds corresponding SOV lines for invoicing.
- Payment Application Workflow: Subcontractors can submit pay applications in Trimble Pay, which follow a defined approval process. Once approved, pay applications export to Spectrum as AP invoices, complete with attached billing backup.
