The Mark Ups tab specifies the additional markups you want to apply to cost items in the estimate using the Markup Calculator. For each field, enter the appropriate name for the markup within the estimate tab. Keep in mind that fields M1 through M6 are percentage markups and that field M7 and M8 are fixed dollar amount markups.

The markup fields can have different names in the catalog tab; however, if you use a cost item from the catalog in the estimate, the markup field values are initially the same even if the field names are different. Click Apply to save your changes and continue working.
