Use formulas in the calculator

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. From any tab, enter a quantity and unit into the Working Total and Unit fields.
  3. Click Calculator .
  4. Perform any basic calculations using the buttons on the calculator.
  5. Click Formulas. The Custom Formulas popup window displays the formulas available for the unit in the calculator.
  6. Select the formula you want to use to convert the quantity.
  7. Click OK to convert the quantity.
  8. Click OK. The quantity and unit are copied to the Working Total and Unit fields.
