Set up standard company logos in Vista
for each of your companies.
Your users see the logo when looking at the portal
login page or at jobs associated with a particular company on your external careers
page.
In Vista, select Headquarters > Programs > HQ Company Setup.
Enter the Company # in the top of the
form.
On the Add'l
Info tab, in the Company Logo section, browse for and select your logo.
Note: TIFF (.tif) file types are
not supported for company logo files.
Save the record.
Repeat the steps above to add logos for different
companies.
Each logo is associated with a specific company. The logo will display when
the company is selected on the login screen or for jobs associated with the
company on the external careers page.
Note: If you have set up custom logos for
your web portal, these will override any standard company logos set up
in Vista.
To set one logo as a default for all of your
companies, in the web portal go to Admin > Portal Settings > Onboarding / ATS > General Configuration. In the portal setting Company Number to use for Company
Logo, enter the company number associated with that logo.
The logo for this company will display on the external
careers page as a default when a user has the following filters selected:
the specific company, Enterprise Wide, or no companies. However, if a custom logo
has been set up, this custom logo will override the standard company
logo for that company.
The logo should appear in your portal approximately
30 minutes after you add it. To have it appear sooner, you can go to Admin > Portal Settings > Portal Info and select the down arrow next to Refresh Synonyms. Then select
Clear Company Logo Cache.
Alternatively, you may need to restart your portal application pool in IIS.If you want to set up custom logos for your portal that
are different than the standard Vista ones you just set up (custom
logos override standard Vista logos in the portal), see the
