Native Trimble ID User Troubleshooting
- Duplicate PR Employees with the same email

This issue occurs when a user exists in more than one company (for example, a test company), preventing the portal from identifying which record to match.
Resolution:- Temporary Fix: Disable the test company in Portal Settings under PR Company and PR Groups to be included in the Portal.
- Permanent Fix: Update the email address on the legacy or inactive record to ensure uniqueness.
- Duplicate VA User records after Trimble ID Transition

When a VA user logs into Vista for the first time following the Trimble ID transition, a duplicate VA user record may be created.
Resolution:- If the user logs into Vista Web using their Trimble ID, no further action is required.
- If the user logs into Vista Web using an Employee Number and encounters issues, remove the PR Employee association from the extra VA User record.
