My Inbox

For at-a-glance overviews of any documents under approval, tasks, discussions, or other items requiring your attention, your first stop should be My Inbox. The My Inbox screen provides an enterprise level view of the activities on your projects.

VFP carefully categorises items in your inbox and places them in the following areas:

  • My Action Items - Items that require your vote
  • Items for My Attention - Items that are overdue or have been directly distributed to you
  • Unread Items - Items you have not yet read

Once you select an inbox area, overdue items are highlighted in red. Use the Items Per page drop down at the bottom of the list to determine how many items you can see at once. You can select items and download them as a ZIP file.

VFP displays the workflow status of the items on the Workflow For Reviews tab as colored dots before its name.

Select the Modernized UI toggle to switch between the older view and the modernized view of your inbox. The My Inbox screen will remember your preference for the UI to ensure a more personalized experience.
