With the Inbox in Automatic Invoicing, you can have invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from your shared AP mailbox to Automatic Invoicing where you can quickly add them to a batch to be processed.

You can view the status of all invoices sent to Spectrum from the Completed tab in Automatic Invoicing.

You can export invoices as a .csv file from multiple places in
            Trimble Construction One. The page you choose determines how
        these invoices are grouped.

There are three steps in the process:</p><ol class="ol"><li class="li"><span class="ph" id="concept-af8f26f4-cb54-416b-b5e8-e5792f0e11cd--en__ai_overview_1"><span class="ph uicontrol">Upload</span> PDF invoices as a batch. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
