HiringThing offers a knowledge article database, online chat, and a menu option for submitting a Support ticket when necessary.
From the HiringThing dashboard, you can do any of the following to access knowledge articles and support:

At the top of the dashboard, select the Support dropdown menu, and choose the appropriate option.

In the lower right of the dashboard, select the support database link in the Need help? section to find answers to frequently asked questions.
