Permission groups allow you to assign view and approval permissions for employee information and to grant access to Applicant Tracking (HiringThing).

Permission Groups Overview
Permission Groups information is organized into the following sections:

Specialists: Lists the HR specialists available in the system.

Companies: Lists the companies available in the system and, if applicable, the cost centers associated with those companies.

Permissions: Allows HR admins to assign HR specialists in this permission group the ability to approve (or deny) Personal Information updates submitted by employees.
An HR admin must set up permission groups before HR specialists can access employee information. HR specialists can belong to multiple permission groups and may have different permissions across different groups.
