HR Role Management

Depending on your company's configuration, there are two different HR Role Management pages.

To determine which configuration applies to your company, navigate to the HR Role Management page.

Unified User Management with Traqspera

If your HR Role Management page says "X users are pulled from Traqspera", your company uses the Unified User Management system with Traqspera.

This is the preferred method for inviting employees, as it simplifies the invite process and provides a unified sign-in system.

Spectrum Operators (Legacy)

Important: The legacy user management system will be deprecated on February 13, 2026. For this reason, all companies are required to unify their Traqspera and HR Management for Spectrum userbases before this deadline. For more information, see Get Started with Unified User Management.

If your HR Role Management page says "X users are pulled from spectrum operators," your company uses the legacy user management system.

This is the legacy user management system, which uses Trimble Construction One.
