The federal TD1 form for Canada is available in Onboarding.

You can add this fillable PDF document as a task to hiring profiles or as an additional task for individual new hires to complete.

Much of the personal information that new hires provide during onboarding prefills the TD1 form. This includes the new hire's first and last name, date of birth, address, and social insurance number. As the employer, you will provide the employee number.

The Total Claim Amount the new hire enters on line 13 of the TD1 form flows to the Exemptions field on their tax record in Spectrum after you initialize their record.
