Unified Navigation for HR Management for Spectrum and Traqspera is here!

Navigate between Traqspera and HR Management for Spectrum with the click of a button. The two applications now share the same side navigation menu, enabling you to seamlessly navigate between the two applications, providing one, unified experience.

All available HR Management for Spectrum and Traqspera functions are accessible in the side navigation menu.

In HR Management for Spectrum, the new Time widget provides quick access to Traqspera timekeeping actions directly from the home page.

HR Management for Spectrum's My Information widget now contains My Hours and Certifications options.

Protect Personal Information and Earnings on Shared Devices

The new Access Personal Information and Earnings permission enables users to access My Earnings and Personal Information in Traqspera and Earnings, Direct Deposit, Emergency Contact, and Personal Information in the Traqspera mobile application.

Using shared devices? Turn off the Access Personal Information and Earnings permission to prevent users from accessing sensitive information.

To adjust this setting, navigate to Settings > Settings & Permissions > Permissions > Employee > Access/Visibility.

Set Role Start Page

Have roles that don't use Traqspera often?

With Unified Navigation, you can now set a role's Start Page to the HR Dashboard in HR Management for Spectrum. This means that when the user opens Traqspera, they will be directed to the dashboard in HR Management for Spectrum.

Users with this role must have a HR license and be able to view earnings in HR Management for Spectrum. On the Traqspera mobile application, roles with this setting will be directed to the Home menu.
