Access Help for Multiple Products and Offerings

Switch between help for multiple Trimble products and offerings without leaving the site. At the top of any Help article, you can select the Explore Product Help dropdown to choose a different product.

From the Trimble Help home page, you can filter products by selecting a category in the left-hand column.

View Translated Help

Help for Viewpoint For Projects and Field View is available in French, Dutch, and German. Trimble Help automatically detects the locale from your browser settings and displays the preferred language. In addition, when viewing Help for those products, you can select your preferred language from the language menu at the bottom of the page.

Note: The language menu is visible across all product Help pages, whether or not translated Help is available for that page.

Search and Filter Help Content

Enter a term or phrase in the search field, and press Enter or select the magnifying glass. To refine your search, select one or more options listed under Filters.

For example, if you want to find information about Automatic Invoicing in Spectrum, you could search as follows:
  1. In the Search field, enter Automatic Invoicing, then press Enter.
  2. Under Filters, select the Spectrum filter to limit search results to articles specific to Spectrum.
Tip: To search for an exact phrase, add quotation marks around the phrase in the search field.

Print Help Articles or Create PDFs

To print or generate PDFs of Help articles, select the Print icon in the upper right of a page, and then choose one of the following options:
  • Print page to print or generate a PDF of a single Help article.
  • Print page and subpages to print or create a PDF of an entire section of Help.

Share Help Articles via Email or Social Media

To share links to Help articles, select the Share icon in the upper right of a page, then select one of the share options: email, copy page URL, social media.

Known Issue with Multiple Page PDFs when Printing from Firefox

In some cases, when accessing Trimble Help with the Firefox browser, using the Print page and subpages option (to generate a PDF with multiple pages) results in a PDF that has some blank pages and gaps in content. This issue is due to a known problem with the Firefox browser. As a workaround, use a different supported browser to generate PDFs with multiple pages.
