Field Definitions: HR Applicant Interview Form
The following is a list of field descriptions for the HR Applicant Interview form. Many of the descriptions include links to other topics that provide additional information about or related to the topic.

Disabled if this form was accessed from HR Resources.
Enter the applicant’s resource number (as defined in HR Resources).
Position Applying For
Enter the code (as defined in HR Position Codes) that identifies the position for which this applicant is applying.
Seq
Enter a sequence number (1-9999) for this interview or enter N, New, or + to have the system auto-assign the next available sequential number.
Interviewer
Enter the name of the person interviewing this applicant, up to 30 characters.
Interview Date
Enter the date of this interview.
Interview Time
Enter the time of the interview.
Previous Employer
If applicable, specify who this applicant’s previous employer was, up to 30 characters.
Previous Position
Specify what position this applicant held with the previous employer, up to 30 characters.
Date Left Previous Job
Indicate the date on which this applicant left the previous job.
Reason Left Job
Indicate the reason that this applicant left his/her previous job, up to 30 characters.
Job Application Status
Indicate the status of the applicant’s job application, up to 30 characters.
Job Application Date
Enter the date that the applicant applied for this position.
Job Offer Date
If applicable, enter the date this position was offered to the applicant.
Job Accept Date
If applicable, enter the date the applicant accepted the offered position.
Job Reject Date
If applicable, enter the date the applicant declined the job offer.
Interviewer Comments
This section is used to enter any notes, comments, or information about the interview/applicant. The space allowance in this box is virtually unlimited.
Add a Standard Note
Standard notes allow you to insert frequently used text into some fields in the application. This text is created and maintained using the HQ Standard Note form.
To insert a standard note into the field, right click the mouse while focus is in the field and select Standard Notes from the shortcut menu, which opens the Standard Note Copy window. Then enter the standard note to copy (or select from F4 lookup) and click OK. The system inserts the selected note into the field.

Click the Spelling icon on the toolbar or select
to spell check the text in this field.
