SM Service Site List

You can use the SM Service Site List report to display a list of Service Sites with address and contact information by selecting Service Management > Reports > SM Service Site List.

This report displays a list of Service Sites, with address and contact information. Only the Company parameter is required; all others are optional. A service site, regardless if it is a Job type or a Customer type must have its customer setup in SM Customer for the report to pick data related to the Customer.

The list may include all Service Sites for the specified Company, or only active Service Sites. The Customer parameter restricts the list to Service Sites belonging to the specified Customer. The Service Center parameter restricts the list to Service Sites to which the specified Service Center is assigned (as "Default Service Center"). The Technician parameter restricts the list to Service Sites to which the specified Technician is assigned as Primary, Alternate, or with the 'Do Not Use' designation. Note that the Service Site will be included whether the specified Technician is assigned to the Service Site itself, or to the Customer that owns the Service Site. The Serviceable Item, Serviceable Item Class, and Serviceable Item Type parameters restrict the list to Service Sites to which the specified Item is assigned, or any Item of the specified Class or Type. Any combination of parameters may be used together at any time.

The Service Site list may be ungrouped (by default), or grouped optionally by 'Customer', 'Service Center', 'Technician', or 'Site Status' (Active or Inactive). Any three Group By options may be specified at a time.

Company

Serviceable Item

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item.

Serviceable Item Class

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item class.

Serviceable Item Type

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the serviceable item type.

Active Service Sites Only?

checkbox for active service sites only.

Show (C)ustomer, (J)ob, or (B)oth Service Site Types.

Enter C, J, or B.

Group 1

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 1 for grouping data.

Group 2

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 2 for grouping data.

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select option 3 for grouping data.
