What's New in HR Management for Spectrum 2025 R6
The 2025 R6 release of HR Management for Spectrum introduces a new User Management widget on the home page. This release is available as of June 19, 2025.
New! User Management Widget
New User Management widget provides quick access to HR Role Management and Team User Management directly from the home page.
Earnings
New! Show Social Security on Pay Stub (United States). New Earnings Setting allows you to show the last four digits of an employee's Social Security number on the HTML and PDF versions of employee pay stubs. This applies to employees working in the United States.
To enable this option, under , select the checkbox Show last 4 digits of Social Security Number on paystub.
New! Entities Now Supported in Earnings Settings
Parent companies with payroll entities are now included in the Company dropdown in Earnings Settings, allowing you to manage your earnings templates at all levels.
Parent companies display with their company code followed by a dash and the company name. For example, PSC - Puget Sound Contractors.
Entities display with the company code followed by the entity code and entity name. For example, PSC 101 Chase Electrical or PSC 102 NW Painting Specialists.
Notifications
For improved security, notifications are now sent to employees whenever they request a change to their personal information, emergency contact, or direct deposit information. The notification includes the specific changes requested by the employee and the approval status for those changes.
To receive notifications, employees must do the following in their Notification Preferences:
Enter either an email or phone number in the Contact Information section.
Under Approvals - Personal Information, turn off the option to Mute all approval notifications (leave the checkbox blank).
