The Trimble Advanced Image Manager is a valuable tool for modifying and organizing many types of drawings, reports, and image files for import or use by other applications.

You can use Advanced Image Manager to remove unneeded pages, rotate images, and select layers to import. You can then save the file as a PDF or export it for digital takeoff.

Advanced Image Manager opens files in the following image file types:

• PDF (*.pdf) (commenting enabled PDFs are not supported)

• JPEG (*.jpg)

• Bitmap (*.bmp)

• PNG (*.png)

• TIF (*.tif)

You can export images for digital takeoff (as TIF files) in color, grayscale, 1-bit dithered, or 1-bit threshold formats. See Use Preview / Adjust.

You can save images as PDF files, merge files and split a multi-page PDF into individual files.
