Create a Subcontract
Create a subcontract to write a commitment of pricing, scope of work, terms, and conditions for a subcontractor. The subcontract record helps you monitor billing, retention, and payments as well as bond and insurance requirements.
- If you haven't already done so, set up your subcontract defaults on the Subcontract Settings screen.
- If you haven't already done so, set up the vendor for subcontracts.
- On the Enter Subcontract screen, enter the details of the subcontract.
- Print and manage the subcontract and the PDF file as needed.
