Make Equipment Available on Daily Field Report Time Card Entry for a Mobile User

Determine the equipment to make available to mobile users on daily field reports.

  1. Select Administration > Connect Settings > Mobile User Settings.
  2. Click Edit in the Equipment column in the row for the contact whose mobile settings you want to edit.
  3. In the popup window, select the checkbox for each equipment item that you want to make available on daily field reports for the contact.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the Mobile User Settings screen, click Close.
