Use the Payroll Posting Journal screen to generate a report on the entries that are ready to be posted in one or more payroll check posting groups .The report only includes employees assigned to Pay System screen to which you have access. You can print or save this report.

The Payroll Posting Journal screen displays only the payroll check posting groups containing entries that are ready to be posted. In order for a payroll check posting group to appear on this screen, it must have a status of Entries in Process or In Review.
