Generate a list of payroll checks

Generate a list of payroll checks by filling in the filter fields described below and clicking Retrieve. By default, the fields contain values that can be used to generate a list of the most recently posted checks for employees in your company that can be emailed.

  1. From the All Tasks pane, click Employees > Payroll > View Payroll Check Log.
  2. In the Company field, click and select one or more companies for which to view payroll checks. If no companies are selected, checks for all companies appear in the list. By default, this field contains the last company used.
  3. In the Employee field, click and select one or more employees for whom you want to view payroll checks. If no employees are selected, checks for all employees appear in the list.
  4. In the Check Type field, click and select the type of document to view. By default, this field contains Advice.

  5. In the Journal Sequence field, click and select one or more posting sequence IDs for which to view payroll checks. If no sequence IDs are selected, checks for all sequence IDs appear in the list. By default, this field contains the highest sequence ID for the payroll journal type in the selected company.
  6. In the Check From Date field, click and select the first date in the range of dates for which to view payroll checks.
  7. In the Check Through Date field, click and select the last date in the range of dates for which to view payroll checks.
  8. If you want to view only checks for employees with a personal email address, select the Include Only Checks with Personal Email Address check box. By default, this check box is selected.
  9. Click Retrieve.
