Export memos from the estimate to a new Microsoft Word document

  1. Open the Manage Estimates screen and open the estimate job from which you want to export information.
  2. If you want to export memos for selected cost items, open the Estimate tab and select those cost items.
  3. Click Estimating > Tools > Memos > Estimate Memos in the All Tasks pane.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Click Yes to view all memos.

    • Click No to view memos for the selected cost items.

  5. In the Export to Word Options section, select Create a new Word document.
  6. Complete the fields for the Memos popup as described on the Estimate Memos Screen Field Reference.
  7. Click Export.
  8. Select a folder and specify a name for the new document.
  9. Click Save.
