Export memos from the estimate to a new Microsoft Word document
- Open the Manage Estimates screen and open the estimate job from which you want to export information.
- If you want to export memos for selected cost items, open the Estimate tab and select those cost items.
- Click in the All Tasks pane.

Do one of the following:
Click Yes to view all memos.
Click No to view memos for the selected cost items.
- In the Export to Word Options section, select Create a new Word document.
- Complete the fields for the Memos popup as described on the Estimate Memos Screen Field Reference.
- Click Export.
- Select a folder and specify a name for the new document.
- Click Save.
