Project Billing Format screen

Use the Project Billing Format screen to maintain the formats that will be used to create invoices for projects. Each billing format has a billing type and several definable attributes, which depend on the billing type selected.

ProContractor provides the following predefined billing formats:

  • AIA Billing

  • Progress Billing

  • T & M Detailed - Use the T & M Detailed billing format for a project to print a time and material invoice that includes itemized detail (including billing rates for labor and equipment) for all cost type categories except Hauling and Overhead.

  • T & M Totals by Cost Type - Use the T & M Totals by Cost Type billing format for a project to print a time & material invoice that summarizes the billing amounts by cost type category.

  • Unit Billing

If needed, you can modify these formats or define your own.

Note: The T & M Detailed format and T & M Totals by Cost Type format are available only in the MaxApp database for new installations of ProContractor.

To open the Project Billing Format screen, click Projects > Setup > Project Billing Format in the All Tasks pane.

Note: The Project Billing Format screen is a step in the Project Setup process. The Lien Management Settings screen is the next step.
