Daily reports
You can use daily reports to track equipment, weather, and the daily activity of the crews on the job site. Certain actions, such as adding daily reports, require a license as well as security permission. Contact your project administrator if you are unable to perform some actions using the mobile app.
Note: Daily reports are not applicable for
projects in the free version of ProjectSight.
Daily reports list view
- Downloads all daily reports
- Number of daily reports downloaded
- Record status
- Approved records are locked and cannot be updated
- Date of report
- Downloads all the drawings or files linked to this daily report. Any new links will be automatically downloaded when the project is synced.
- Total approved labor
- Weather condition
- Number of notes

- Save the record
- Date of report
- Record status - Approving a daily report does not affect the labor card.
- Total lost productivity. Select
to change the unit of measurement.
