What's New in Traqspera 2025 R4
The 2025 R4 release of Traqspera includes enhancements to Time Off Requests. This release is available as of March 27, 2025.
New Features
Time Off Request Summary by Day
The Time Off Request summary window now shows a breakdown of the hours requested by date for requests that span multiple days. For time off requests that span more than three days, a vertical scrollbar displays so that the user can scroll through the relevant dates.
New Time Off Status Indicators
Added two new status indicators to the Time Off Requests section:
- Exported (display in blue): These requests and their associated time entries have been exported to Spectrum and cannot be edited.
- Error (display in light yellow with an Error icon
): These requests do not have matching timesheet entries or are associated with time entries that need to be exported to Spectrum (see the previous section for details).
In addition, the Rejected status indicator has been renamed Declined.

Time Off Request Error Messages
An error message now displays at the top of the time off calendar in the following situations:

When a time off request does not have a matching timesheet entry.

When a time off request has matching timesheet entries that should have already been exported to Spectrum. For example, if the other entries from the same time period were already exported.
Based on your permissions, you can create or export the entries as follows. See Resolve Time Off Request Errors for more details.

From the Calendar or List view, select the time off request, and then select the applicable option in the Time Off Request summary window.

In List view, select the applicable option in the Actions column.

Creating entries requires permission to approve time off requests. To create an entry for a locked time period, the user must have permission to lock time periods. In addition, entries will be created only if the time off request was made before the time period was locked.

Exporting entries requires permission to export timesheet entries to Spectrum.
Improvements
TimesheetsThe Timesheet Summary page now defaults to the user's most recent filter selections when they open the page.
