What's New in Traqspera 2025 R9

The 2025 R9 release of Traqspera includes improvements to how license count information is displayed. This release is available as of July 17, 2025.

Improvements

User Management

  • License Counts: The following changes were made to the license count summary shown at the top of the User Management page:
    • The Time Entry (Traqspera Lite) license name now displays as Time Entry.

Note: This name change applies across the system.
    • The HR license count is now broken down as follows:

      • HR: Number of employees who have been assigned an HR license.

      • PIN: Number of employees who have clocked in with a PIN on the web-based time clock, the Kiosk application, or the mobile application in the last 30 days. These are users who have not explicitly been assigned an HR license, and access the system through a shared account.

The PIN count does not include employees who enter a PIN to log their daily attestation.

Note: The PIN count begins calculating as of the date your system is updated to version 2025 R9. It does not initially go back 30 days.
      • Total HR = [HR + PIN] / Total licenses available.

For example, if the HR count is 50, the PIN count is 100, and you have 200 licenses available, your Total HR = 150 / 200. See the sample below.

    • The System Access column now includes the Invited status. Employees with this status were sent an email invitation to Traqspera but have not yet signed in.

  • Simplified links in user emails: Links included in new user email invitations and password reset emails have been simplified. Lengthy URL addresses have been replaced with a hyperlinked Click here prompt that directs users to the page where they can take the necessary action.

Equipment

On the Equipment Management page, a confirmation message now displays when deleting a piece of equipment from the equipment list using Actions > Delete. Previously, the confirmation message displayed only when deleting equipment from the Edit Equipment page.
