The 2025 R11 release of Traqspera introduces several new features, as well as redesigned Employee Management and Employee Details pages. This release is available as of September 18, 2025.
New Features
New Reviewer Column and Callout for Time Off Requests
The List view of the Time Off Requests page of the web application now includes a Reviewer column that displays who processed the time off request and at what time.
The Calendar view of the Time Off Requests page now displays a callout of who processed the time off request and at what time.
For more information, see Approve Time Off Requests and Approve Time Off Requests (Mobile).
Improvements
Enforced Updates to User Management Page
The redesigned User Management page has been automatically enabled for all enterprises. The redesigned User Management page allows you to manage all users in your enterprise, invite new users, and track license counts from a centralized location.
For more information, see User Management.
Redesigned Employee Management Page
The Employee Management page of the web application has been updated with a new look and feel. Users with the new View Employee Contact Information permission can view contact information on this page. Anyone currently able to view the Employee Management page is granted this permission by default.
Redesigned Employee Details Page
The Employee Details page has been updated with a new look and feel. Most functionalities of the page are unchanged, with the following exceptions.
- The Delete Employee option only displays for users with the appropriate permissions.
- Employee contact information only displays for users with the new View Employee Contact Information permission.
- A new Time Off Requests button takes admins directly to the Time Off Requests page for that user.
Redesigned My Info Page for Mobile
The My Info page of the mobile application has been updated with a new look and feel. All functionality remains the same, with the exception of a new, more prominent placement of the Refresh Data button.
Timesheets Grey Out Equipment Operator
Users can no longer choose a piece of equipment in the equipment operator timesheet field for an equipment repair time entry (equipment repair). This prevents duplicate entries.
User Management Page No Longer Shows Inactive Licenses
On the User Management Page, the License column has been updated to only displays licenses for Full or Limited users. If there are no Full or Limited users, it displays the licenses attached to the primary account.
For more information, see User Management Fields.
Improved Trimble ID Error Messaging
The internal logic for how to troubleshoot sign in issues has been improved to prevent sign in loops.
Coming Soon: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Will Be Enforced on the Traqspera Mobile Application
Before October 1st, all users will be required to use MFA to sign in on the Traqspera mobile application. For convenience and ease of use, passkeys are the recommended MFA option for mobile users.
Watch a video demonstration on how to upgrade your account to a passkey in HR Management (it is the same process for the Traqspera mobile application):
Issues Fixed
The following issues were fixed in the web application this release. To track cases and issues, see Track Cases/Issues.
Issue Fixed | Case Number |
---|---|
Several related issues may cause problems when creating, deleting, and viewing reports on the Safety Forms page. | 117748 |
There is a discrepancy between the time entries logged by field employees and the system's audit trail. This inconsistency occurs during manual actions like clock-ins, clock-outs, and breaks. | 117763 |
Exporting a CSV file from the Timesheet List or Timesheet Summary pages incorrectly marks the timesheets as Exported. This status should only be applied when the export is initiated from the main Export page, not from the list or summary views. | 118271 |
On the PTO page, time off entries with 0 hours are incorrectly showing an error message stating that the entry needs to be exported. These zero-value entries should not trigger an export requirement or an error. | 118535 |
