Change Subscription Tier

If a product has multiple tiers, you can make changes to your existing subscription from the manage subscription page.

Some Trimble products offer tiers at several price points, each with different levels of access and features. Follow these steps to increase or reduce the tier of a purchased product .
  1. In Admin Console, navigate to Purchases > Subscriptions & Licenses.
  2. Select the subscription you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage subscription.
  4. Select Change subscription.
    Note: This option will only appear if the product has multiple tiers.
  5. Select the subscription tier you want to change your licenses to.
  6. Choose one of the following options to proceed:
    • If you select an upgraded tier or add-on, select Continue to checkout to pay the prorated amount for the new tier. Select Place Order to confirm.
    • If you select a downgraded tier, select Schedule downgrade to schedule the tier change for your next renewal period.
If you upgraded your subscription tier, it is instantly activated. If you downgraded your subscription tier, the downgrade is scheduled to coincide with the expiration of your subscription.
Note: You can cancel your scheduled downgrade at any time before the renewal date.
