Request a Return

You may be able to refund an online purchase if you are still within its 14-day return policy window.

If you are within your 14-day return window, you can request a return. You can make your request in the online purchasing platform.

  1. In Admin Console, select Get support.
  2. Select Send Us a message.
  3. Select General Case.
  4. Complete all necessary fields.
  5. Select Send Message.
Your return request is submitted. Support will follow up on your request via email.
