From here, you can choose your product and use the search field to find the articles you saved. Getting Started

Upload your invoices to Automatic Invoicing in PDF format.

Upload Invoices

Prepare the batch of invoices in Automatic Invoicing by adding page breaks, removing pages, or rotating pages as needed.

Prepare Invoices

Once Automatic Invoicing has populated the header data for the PDFs in the batch, you can review the results, correct any errors, and then send the invoices to Spectrum.

Process Invoices

With the Inbox in Automatic Invoicing, you can have invoice-related attachments forwarded directly from your shared AP mailbox to Automatic Invoicing where you can quickly add them to a batch to be processed.

About the Inbox

You can view the status of all invoices sent to Spectrum from the Completed tab in Automatic Invoicing.

The Accounts Payable Admin can edit invoice settings, which apply to all new invoices you add to Automatic Invoicing.

                                          One</span> Users)</h1><div class="body conbody"><p class="shortdesc">With <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> you can automatically enter invoice headers into <span class="keyword">Spectrum</span>  without performing manual data entry, saving time and avoiding potential mistakes.</p><p class="p">Access <span class="keyword">Automatic Invoicing</span> from <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction
                                          One</span> by logging into <a class="xref j-external-link" href="http://team.viewpoint.com" target="_blank">team.viewpoint.com</a>, and then selecting <span class="ph uicontrol">Accounts Payable</span> from the main menu.</p><p class="p">Use Automatic Invoicing to enter validated, unapproved vendor invoices. There are three steps in the process:</p><ol class="ol"><li class="li"><span class="ph" id="concept-af8f26f4-cb54-416b-b5e8-e5792f0e11cd--en__ai_overview_1"><span class="ph uicontrol">Upload</span> PDF invoices as a batch. The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

This role has the same permissions as your current Enterprise Admins. However, it is managed in <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com) instead of <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction
                                          One</span> (team.viewpoint.com).</p><p class="p"><span class="ph uicontrol">One-Time Import of Enterprise Admins</span></p><p class="p">During the update to the 2025 R4 release, all of your organization's Enterprise Administrators in <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction
                                          One</span> (team.viewpoint.com) will be imported as IT Admins in <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com). This is a one-time import.</p><div class="p"><div class="note important note_important" id="concept-cxdtc0oh--en__note_njy_s2z_1fc"><span class="note__title">Important:</span> The process of importing your enterprise admins and migrating them to the IT Admin role could take several hours to complete. These login changes will provide customers the ability to migrate their own login credentials to <span class="keyword">Trimble ID</span>.
